Your reservation

A reservation is confirmed once we acknowledge it. The selected rate shows whether breakfast is included. VAT (5%) and city tax (40 MKD per person per night) are itemised during booking. Children of all ages are welcome; guests aged 13 and over are charged as adults. Cots and extra beds are not available.

Rates and what's included

All published rates are per room, per night, for the occupancy shown. Breakfast is included only where the selected rate says so; applicable taxes are itemised during booking. Optional extras and services are charged separately at the property.

Cancellation policy

• Flexible rate — Free cancellation up to your arrival. You pay at the property and may cancel or change your booking at no charge before check-in.
• Non-refundable rate — Non-refundable rate, paid at the property. Once the booking is made it cannot be changed or cancelled and no refund is due, except where required by law.

Payment

You pay for your stay at the property. If you pay online by card, the payment is processed securely on our acquiring bank's CaSys/cPay page with 3-D Secure authentication; we do not receive or store your card details on this website. All payments are charged in Macedonian denars (MKD); any EUR figure shown is for guidance.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours. Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive late.

Liability

We take great care to keep the information on this site accurate, but occasional errors may occur. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable Macedonian and EU consumer law.
